Technology that behaves

We manage Apple fleets so devices set themselves up, patch themselves and stay secure. We build and host custom apps for businesses that don't want a five-figure software bill. Twenty-plus years of enterprise IT behind both.

01 · What we do

Apple device management, custom software & managed IT — Sydney-based, Australia-wide.

Apple device management

A new Mac, iPhone or iPad arrives, your staff sign in, and everything sets itself up: apps, settings, security, patching. We build and manage device management solutions for organisations at every size from a handful of Macs to 12,000 devices in 52 countries.

Custom software & apps

The app your business needs, without the five-figure quote. Tell us what it should do. We build it, host it and keep it patched, and you pay monthly. If it stops earning its keep, you stop paying.

Workflow automation

The report someone assembles every Monday. The onboarding checklist nobody finishes. The spreadsheet that gets fixed by hand. We make those run themselves, with Ansible, Python and whatever APIs your systems speak.

Managed IT support

Your whole IT department, or the specialist beside the one you already have. Identity and email, security, backups, devices and the day-to-day, looked after by people who do it at enterprise scale.

02 · How it runs

No mysteries, no surprises.

  1. Listen

A free 30-minute call, in plain English. You leave knowing what we would do — whether or not you hire us.

  2. Plan

A written scope with a fixed shape. You know what it costs before anything starts.

  3. Ship

We build it, automate it and document it. For most clients we keep running it too — that is the part where it keeps working.

Carried certifications

  • Jamf — every certification issued
  • Red Hat RHCE
  • Red Hat RHCSA

Apple-first. Fluent in Windows, Linux, cloud and on-prem.

03 · Straight answers

The questions people actually ask.

Do you only work in Sydney?

We work Australia-wide. Device management, app development and support all happen remotely, and have for years. Sydney is home, so Sydney is where we turn up in person when a job needs hands on hardware.

How does the monthly app model work?

You tell us what the app needs to do. We build it, host it and keep it patched, and you pay a monthly fee instead of a five-figure build bill. Most apps run from $500 a month depending on size; large multi-user systems are priced per user. If the app stops earning its keep, you stop paying.

Where are the apps hosted?

On AWS or DigitalOcean, placed closest to your users — for most of our clients that means Australian data centres.

What size Apple fleet will you take on?

Any size. We have run everything from a handful of Macs to 12,000+ devices across 52 countries, and a small fleet gets the same setup the big ones do: a new device arrives, the user signs in, and software, settings and security take care of themselves.

We already have an MSP or an IT person. Where do you fit?

Both arrangements are normal here. Smaller businesses hire us as their whole IT department, from $1,000 a month. Bigger ones keep their existing IT and bring us in for the Apple fleet, the automation, or the software nobody else will build.

Is it Apple only?

Apple is the specialty, not the boundary. We manage Windows and Linux as well — we hold Red Hat certifications alongside the Jamf ones — and most environments we look after are mixed.

What actually happens in the free 30 minutes?

You talk, we ask questions, and you leave with a plain-English read on your setup: what is fine, what is risky, and what we would do about it. If we are not the right fit, we say so.

Got a fleet that misbehaves?
