Technology that behaves.

We run IT for businesses on Mac, Windows, Linux and Microsoft 365, so devices set themselves up, patch themselves and stay secure. We build and host the software you'd otherwise pay five figures for. Twenty-plus years of enterprise IT behind all of it.

001/The argument

Left alone, IT estates drift. Ours don't.

Patches slip. Somebody's laptop never got encrypted. The person who left in March still has a mailbox. None of it is dramatic on the day, and all of it is how a business ends up on the wrong end of an incident.

Managed IT is the discipline of not letting that happen. Devices enrol themselves, settings are policy rather than memory, and somebody senior is watching the fleet whether or not anything is currently on fire.

002/What we do

Managed IT support for Mac, Windows, Linux and Microsoft 365. Plus the software you can't buy off a shelf.

S-01

Managed IT support

For most of our clients, we're the IT department. Microsoft 365 and identity, the laptops people actually work on, the security settings nobody ever sees, and the request that lands at 4pm on a Tuesday. You pay per user per month, so the cost is a line you can budget instead of an invoice you have to argue with.

We're not an Apple-only shop, and not a Windows-only shop either. Mac, Windows and Linux each get managed with the tool built for them.

Plans and pricing
  • Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, licensing matched to each platform
  • Jamf on Mac, Intune and Autopilot on Windows, Ansible on Linux
  • Security baselines: Defender, BitLocker, FileVault, conditional access
  • Starters and leavers, app deployment, device enrolment
  • Hardware procurement coordination for Apple, Lenovo and Dell
  • Refresh planning, lifecycle tracking, an annual cyber gap review

S-02

Device management

A new Mac or Windows laptop arrives, your new starter signs in, and the machine builds itself. Apps, settings, disk encryption, patching. We've done this for a handful of devices and for 12,000 across 52 countries, and the small fleets get the same setup as the big ones.

Custom software & apps

The app your business needs, without the five-figure quote. Tell us what it should do. We build it, host it and keep it patched, and you pay monthly. If it stops earning its keep, you stop paying.

S-04

Workflow automation

The report someone assembles every Monday. The onboarding checklist nobody finishes. The spreadsheet that gets fixed by hand. We make those run themselves, with Ansible, Python and whatever APIs your systems speak.

003/Zero touch

A new machine builds itself.

A laptop turns up at your new starter's front door. They open it, sign in with their work identity, and the machine does the rest. Nobody drives anywhere to image it, and nobody spends a first day watching a progress bar.

Same process on Mac, Windows and Linux. Same process for five devices or twelve thousand.

  1. E-01 Ships The box goes straight to the person, not to a bench.
  2. E-02 Signs in Work identity, and the device knows who it belongs to.
  3. E-03 Builds Apps, settings, printers, VPN, the lot. Unattended.
  4. E-04 Locks FileVault or BitLocker on, keys escrowed, baseline applied.
  5. E-05 Reports Compliance state visible from the first minute onward.

004/How it runs

No mysteries, no surprises.

  1. 01

    Listen

A free 30-minute call, in plain English. You leave knowing what we would do about your setup, whether or not you hire us.

  2. 02

    Plan

A written scope with a fixed shape, or a per user price if it's managed support. You know the cost before anything starts.

  3. 03

    Run

We enrol the devices, set the baselines and take the day-to-day off your desk. Then we keep it running, and we keep it documented.

005/Reach

Sydney based. Australia wide.
Proven across 52 countries.

The biggest number we can point at is a fleet of 12,000+ Apple devices in 52 countries, run with Jamf for one of the world's largest advertising networks. Before that and since, the same work inside regulated financial services and on large university campuses.

Support and device management happen remotely. Sydney is where we turn up in person when a job needs hands on hardware.

  • Jamf every certification issued
  • Red Hat RHCE
  • Red Hat RHCSA
  • Mac, Windows and Linux. Cloud and on-prem. Each managed with the tool built for it.

006/Straight answers

The questions people actually ask.

01 Do you only work in Sydney?

We work Australia-wide. Device management, app development and support all happen remotely, and have for years. Sydney is home, so Sydney is where we turn up in person when a job needs hands on hardware.

02 How does the monthly app model work?

You tell us what the app needs to do. We build it, host it and keep it patched, and you pay a monthly fee instead of a five-figure build bill. Most apps run from $500 a month depending on size; large multi-user systems are priced per user. If the app stops earning its keep, you stop paying.

03 Where are the apps hosted?

On AWS or DigitalOcean, placed closest to your users. For most of our clients that means Australian data centres.

04 How does day-to-day support actually work?

Most of it happens before you notice. Monitoring, patching and automation run continuously in the background, and none of that is counted against you. On top of it, every plan includes four hours of our time a week, pooled across your business, and eight on Gold. Calls, remote sessions and project work come out of those hours, and they're answered by a senior engineer rather than a tier-one queue. Time past the allowance is billed at $150 an hour plus GST. Bigger pieces of work get quoted before they start, so a migration or a remediation project never turns up as a surprise on an invoice.

05 What size fleet will you take on?

Any size. We've run everything from a handful of machines to 12,000+ devices across 52 countries, and a small fleet gets the same setup the big ones do: a new device arrives, the user signs in, and software, settings and security take care of themselves.

06 We already have an MSP or an IT person. Where do you fit?

Both arrangements are normal here. Smaller businesses hire us as their whole IT department, and the plans and prices for that are on the pricing page. Bigger ones keep the IT they have and bring us in for the device fleet, the automation, or the software nobody else will build.

07 Which platforms do you support?

Mac, Windows and Linux, each with the tool built for it: Jamf for Apple, Intune and Autopilot for Windows, Ansible for Linux. We hold every certification Jamf issues alongside Red Hat's RHCE and RHCSA. Most of the environments we look after are mixed anyway.

08 What actually happens in the free 30 minutes?

You talk, we ask questions, and you leave with a plain-English read on your setup: what's fine, what's risky, and what we'd do about it. If we're not the right fit, we say so.
